1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Qorksoft LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.qorksoft.com website as well as any related consulting, artificial intelligence engineering, or software services.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by Qorksoft LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
3. Inquiries & Data Privacy
When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, company name, email address, and message solely for the purpose of responding to your business inquiry and scoping potential engineering engagements. We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information to third parties.
4. Enterprise Engagements
All custom AI deployments, software engineering deliverables, service level agreements (SLAs), and confidentiality terms for client engagements are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) executed between Qorksoft LLC and the client organization.
